Roger Davis is a Senior Consulting Engineer with The Warren Group in Columbia, South Carolina.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Georgia
• Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI)
• Experienced with municipal water, sanitary sewer, and storm water system design, construction, and operations
• Experience in investigation of property damage and personal injuries involving municipal utilities
• Certificate in Crane Safety from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Distance Learning and Professional Education Center, Atlanta, Georgia
• Grew up working in his fathers' heavy truck repair facility as a teenager, and still works on vehicles as a hobby.
• Accomplished mechanic with both gas and diesel engines, with hands on experience to qualify him in this area. Worked as a diesel mechanic for an authorized Cummins dealership.
• Over 30 years experience in working with hydraulic plumbing and piping issues.
• Investigated large engine failures and fires involving machinery, generators and vehicles.
• Gained practical experience in hydraulics, fluid flow, tanks, and material handling with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) and Laidlaw Environmental Services, Inc., the largest hazardous and industrial waste firm in North America.
• Has investigated claims and injuries involving pressure piping system failures (residential and commercial water piping, industrial process piping, tanks and pressure vessels, high pressure hydraulics) and material and personnel handling equipment (man lifts, forklifts, conveyors, etc.)
