The Warren Group can help you determine where, how, and why a fire has started. A typical fire investigation may include:

• scene inspection,
• scene documentation through photography and diagramming,
• evidence recognition, documentation and preservation,
• witness interviews; review and analysis of the investigations of others, and identification and collection of data from others.

The origin determination will involve:

• coordinating data obtained from the physical marks (fire patterns),
• the observations reported by witnesses or persons aware of the conditions at the time of the fire,
• the analysis of physics and chemistry of fire initiation,
• development and growth, and
• analyzing the location where electrical arcs have occurred  and the electrical circuits involved.
