The Warren Group provides the following large property loss investigation services:
- Complete investigation of the cause or causes of complex incidents, including site documentation, evidence collection and storage, inspection protocols, joint inspections, testing in our laboratories and coordination with adjunct staff and outside vendors for specialized analysis and testing as needed.
- Evaluation of the scope of damage to machinery, equipment, structures and buildings.
- Estimates of repair and/or replacement of damaged machinery, equipment, structures and buildings including actual cash value. We have an extensive network of contacts and are able to obtain prices from new, used and remanufactured markets to support replacement, fair market value and actual cash value estimates.
- Continuous or intermittent site supervision during reconstruction of the loss site. We can monitor the reconstruction to ensure costs are controlled and the facility is restored to at least the pre-incident condition without unnecessary or unapproved upgrades.
- Expert testimony should litigation follow the incident.
