Marine Investigations
The Warren Group’s multidiscipline approach to marine incidents and fire investigations gives insurance adjusters, industry professionals, attorneys and marine underwriters the one stop solution for their investigative needs. Our engineers all have Professional Engineering (P.E.) certifications in Mechanical Engineering and our fire investigators are all certified as Certified Fire and Explosion Investigators (CFEI) by the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). In addition, one of our fire investigators is a Certified Marine Investigator by the International Association of Marine Investigators Association and a Nationally Certified Marine Electrical Technician by the American Boat and Yacht Council. Our engineers and consultants can conduct origin and cause investigations for shipboard and cargo related fires as well as marina related fires. They can conduct investigations of shipboard accidents whether they are of an electrical, mechanical or physical nature. They are also familiar with Coast Guard regulations, ABYC Codes & Standards as well as International Codes & Standards.
