Property Loss Analysis and Appraisal

The Warren Group provides property loss analysis and appraisal services for machinery, equipment and structures damaged. Property loss claims can be evaluated to determine the cause of the loss, scope of damage, estimate of repair, depreciation, actual cash value, salvage value and time to repair.

Prompt response is often critical in order to adequately document the evidence, analyze and determine the cause of the loss and determine the scope of damage before clean-up efforts begin.  After the initial inspection, estimates of the cost to repair or replace machinery and equipment and the repair or replacement time schedule can be prepared.
 
We can review claims prepared by the insured or the insured’s representative.  We will produce confirmed schedules based on documented estimates to repair or replace the damage.  Participation in claim negotiation meetings or trial testimony can follow as part of the work activities.
