Water Intrusion

The Warren Group engineers can investigate locations and mechanisms that promote water intrusion into the building envelope. They investigate incidents involving wind-driven rain, wet crawlspaces, and exterior leaks in and around roof coverings and penetrations and seals around windows and doors, and improper wall watershed surfaces and flashing.
